To fully ensure that students are learning authentically the classroom cannot be limited to one kind of teaching style. For example, the class not be just lecture, or just worksheets, or just centers. Authentic learning happens when the student experiences one thing in a multitude of ways, thus enhancing his/her ability to recognize these things in the outside world, or even in another classroom, in a variety of ways.
